Bad meal and service. Better service at McDonald's. The food sucked, the burger was dry and boiled, frits were cold, dry and hard. The bar staff was not attentive to the customer. They didn't ask if we had a drink or something. We noticed everyone was hiding in a corner. We were also traumatized by 1 of the female employees tried to work at the bar. (small white girl with blond hair) that was NOT OK. Next time I just go to Habit or Jack for a burger.

I had eaten on the islands for years, but I remember that their burgers are big and juicy, so I decided to try them again. Burger was much smaller than the burgers I had on the islands a few years ago, and my fries were cold. Not worth $17.39?

This has been one of my favorite places since his opening. The staff has changed over the years, but it still has its same high quality and service. I always sit at the bar with my guy Dana. He's one of the best bartenders in history. Typically I order the tortilla soup that always fires, but I decided to branch off today and tried this new double-Cheeseburg lunch speciality. It was incredible! I could have a new favorite?

That's the second time I'm at this place for dinner. The first time was about 11 years ago and it was a disaster. I had a feeling service would be slow as it took 25 minutes to sit and I noticed a whole section empty (about 10 tables). The waitress was better than before, but they have some serious staff problems, especially the kitchen. Waited for food over an hour and an order came about 15 minutes above all. Waitress apologized several times for the long waiting period for food. The food was okay, but definitely not justified. I wouldn't recommend if you want to eat in less than 2.5 hours. If you die for a burger, try it instead.

Outstanding times every visit we?ve made (x 10 and counting) Dustin has an amazing handle on the bar area! His service is five star, high end restaurant level and we sure appreciate him. This is why we sit in his section every time we dine here. The food is always cooked to perfection! The burgers, wraps, apps and truffle fries are incredible! I literally count days to return to the plate I make disappear in 2.2. ? Yummy food, friendly staff ?, every single one of them! Highly recommended and greatly appreciated!
