Charming room, very quiet. The choice goes to the head of calf and tongue. Catastrophe. It is presented with taste, but rubbery, as not cooked enough, not peeled, bath in a calf with taste of bof and especially surprising with meat. I'm a fan of this kind of dish.

A chef at the top, accessible and passionate the cuisine is gourmet and tasty.
