Ordered a #11 and it was tasty as always! great customer service too
Great service. Sandwiches are better than Subway and the service is incredible compared to Subway on Grand.
My family and I are addicted to the place! Amazing sandwiches. The Vito is my favorite, but the veggie is also amazing!
I used to work here. I saw a lot of really good employees while I worked here. People who cared about the work they did. They wanted customers to have a good experience and to try to keep the environment positive for fellow coworkers. Upper management decisions have driven each and every one of them away. We were constantly out of supplies, weren't paid enough to meet our needs, forced to work on skeleton crews that couldn't handle the needs of our customers, and subject to verbal abuse. That's really only the beginning of the problems. When I left I was one of only two night shift drivers. Now they primarily use gig drivers. They pay these gig drivers more than they paid in-store drivers who would actively help in running the store. Gig drivers aren't expected to help with any other responsibilities, worsening the already existing problem of staffing since those responsibilities now fall to the remaining employees. Please don't take your hate out on the good people who are still here trying to do right. That being said this location is absolutely terrible and the people running the store above those currently working in the store are to blame.
