Pizza e Mozzarella Bar - Adelaide

Booked online and was pleased to see that there was a box to tick for “disability” as one of our party is in a wheelchair, however when he asked half way through the meal for the toilet he was told it was upstairs with no disabled access! After 15-20 minutes a staff member had to take him to another building down the street to use a toilet. If you cannot properly accomodate disabled people, please don’t have it as a booking option it was very humiliating for our guest. On top of this we had to ask to be waited on at every course, mostly inattentive staff and food pretty average. Have been here several times over the years but this was nothing like previous experiences. Very disappointed all round. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I usually love coming for pizzas here but i had been craving carbonara for weeks so when i saw it was a special for the night i was excited. I don’t know about you but this doesn’t look like a fresh, creamy delicious carbonara to me it was like drinking a greasy bowl of soup.
