Archie the Pastizzi Bus - Adelaide

The best bake I've ever eaten! I tried archie’s pastizzis at one of the forks on the road food truck events and had to go back for seconds to try more of their delicious menu. these are mortal for the max! the pastry is so flaky and layered and amazing and the fillings are wonderful and tasteful. I can't wait until I see archie again

Using the sunny spring-like weather, mirko and I met on the hindmarsh square to sample the offered were archie the pastizzi bus. at the approach to the bus we could see that there were several different flavors to choose from, among them chili con carne (especially for the day), mushy broomsen and pork, Moroccan lamb, chicken and mushroom, as well as the traditional ricotta. for the unknown is pastizzi a hearty, fluffy pastry from malta.
