This place has really gone down hill the last couple months. Overcooked or under seasoned fries, overcooked boneless wings, wings with little to NO sauce. This has been the experiences we've had the last few visits. Zaxby’s is not a cheap fast food option so the low quality food just doesn’t sit right with me. Not to mention the drive thru is SLOW. I’m telling you a 20+ minute wait for some chicken and fries! It’s just disappointing because Adel is already limited with the food options… if we got a Chick-fil-A this place would go out of business! Take a look at the attached photos… I’m convinced they microwaved some old wings because they had a *touch* of sauce but were so dry! I wish I had a picture of the last time I got boneless wings… they looked shriveled up and were so over cooked I felt like I was chewing on rubber.The one positive thing I can say is the employees are usually well mannered, from my experiences.

Need some new employees. Always rude and can't get order right. Used to come 3 times a week, won't be coming to adel one

Food takes absolutely forever to come out. was in the drive through for around 40 minutes and food was cold. doesn’t

Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes. Do not recommend.
