Al's so nice! Introduces immediately! Waitress was great and food looks fantastic and it's Sssooo good! Melt in the mouth bride and pig!!! FOODGASM

We stopped by Big Al is the other day for the first time. we were from the city and on a three-day mini holiday with friends. We googled places to eat. Big Al showed up and we saw the reviews were good, so we thought we would try. The servers were very friendly and very attentive. There were five of us in our group, the food was about par quality and very good. We all enjoyed our meals. We met Al personally. Very nice and friendly. We live an hour and 20 minutes away and decided that once in a while the food was so good to come. Would definitely recommend the place and encourage everyone to support their local mom and pop shops.

Good Bbq for a small town. The order on the pound was delicious! Had that with the original sauce and potatoes. It was mouthwater! Very recommended! Was particularly disappointed in the Big AL Burger for 20 mice... it tasted like Bland Bologna with pulled pork, sitting in a frying house for a week, but the guys still eat it because there is no mold on it.

What a find! Amazingly pulled pork sandwich and baked beans! Incredibly smoked taste! Great staff, friendly and helpful!

Stopped here after our appointment at the Treasurer 's office getting our license plates and boy am I glad we did. The owner was there and introduced himself then shared some of his business stories. Based on Al 's suggestion, we ordered the housemade onion rings followed by the Combo: beef brisket sammy, pulled pork sammy, 3 fantastic smoked chicken wings, 1/4 track of ribs and 3 sides that his customers love: jalapeno creamed corn, burnt end baked beans and deviled egg potato salad (mustard/mayo) with some cole slaw to top the pulled pork sammy. Everything was delicious. The onion rings might have been the least-greasy, crispy and most flavorful I 've ever had, the creamed corn was great and the baked beans were thick, smoky and delicious. The smoked chicken wings were full wings, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper and were smoked to perfection. I ordinarily don 't give 5* ratings to restaurants without cloth napkins and real silverware, but was very tempted to do so with this place. I really liked the quality of the food, the atmosphere, the service and the interaction with the owner.
