Bidra med feedbackThis tapas restaurant has recently changed hands 2 months ago (July 2023 or thereabouts) with a change of name. It is now known as Tapas Boutique. The new owners are young, extremely enthusiastic and (I hate using the expression, but in this case it is accurate) passionate about what they do. They use the freshest ingredients and prepare them to a very high standard. Just watching them work, it’s obvious that they enjoy what they do and this is communicated to their guests. The cuisine can probably be best described as “fusion” traditional tapas with a twist. We ordered 4 different tapas which were delicious, and generous; our eyes were perhaps bigger than our bellies. I do hope they make a success of it. They certainly deserve to, in terms of effort, commitment and quality. We look forward to visiting again in January
Always go at least twice per visit. Food and service excellent. Julie and Jose are great hosts. Never heard a bad word about this
We fancied a nice steak and some of the locals recommended this place. Both sirloin steaks were big albeit a bit fatty and were cooked as we asked (bear in mind to ask for “UK style” medium rare or medium). The chips were freshly made home cooked style which my partner enjoyed although I went for Canarian potatoes. All in all, a nice meal although I wish I went for seafood instead as the dishes looked amazing!
The name tells you they do tapas, and they do expertly. Well worth a visit. Make sure you book a table.
A Fabulous freshly made seafood paella. Friendly staff. Will return could be our last night meal.
