Bidra med feedbackThis location is the top note at the midday, people move through the passage quickly and accurately, and with a friendly setting. the nightmare could not be less interested. my drink was not full, and neither was my first to be cold. I waited for 18 minutes, and there were only 4 cars in front of me when I arrived.
I mean, the food is good but the service is always trash. The lobby is almost always closed, they usually have 1 or 2 people working. If you have food missing you have to go all the way to the back of the drive-thru and wait again to get it. The people always have a terrible attitude and are screaming/fighting... but, it's the only placed opened when I get off work, so I have started to think of it as my own personal soap-opera and go just to get a laugh.
Ordered spicy chicken sandwich combo with extra patty and no salt on fries and another spicy chicken sandwich. They didn’t add extra patty, and fries had salt and were cold. Came back for the sandwich and they re-did the order but instead of extra patty they put a lot more buffalo sauce. Checked in parking lot and came back, but was told I ate it (lol), and they refused a refund for the sandwich. Horrible service.
Happy they kept breakfast a bit longer than the usual time... It was busy, they made a mistake with my order, they fixed it and gave me a little something for the mistake. They seemed well staffed but maybe new people... Running like chicken without head. Causing order mistakes... Mine wasn't the only mistake. At least i didn't have to wait half an hour for my order like in some other McDonald's lately.
Hispanic guy at the second window never acknowledged us. He just kept having a deep conversation in Spanish with another coworker. Push pause on your conversation and serve the customer first then go back to your conversation. SMH 5:46pm 3/20/2022
