Visited Jade garden on NYE for dinner with family and was disappointed with the mediocrity on display. Starting with the food it was the worst Chinese food I tasted in a long while. No finesse no presentation, one could have had better food from roadside restaurants. The chef should be ashamed. The service was slow and almost absent. Rates are huge and everything else small. Will recommend NOT to visit this restaurant. Parking: The valet parked our car outside the hotel on the street as there was no space inside. I went there for dinner, but even though it was a busy season, there were only two staff members and they couldn't help me, so I couldn't show them to the restaurant even though there were seats available. I was told to go to another restaurant by an angry staff member. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
