Dovecote - Adare

Eating was slowly coming out and tasty, but I saw the brush and picking dinge from the floor with brush etc. also brought food out and brought my cute all without changing their gloves. Let me go!

This charming café at the Adare Heritage Center is excellent. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. The food was delicious and served promptly. It's a fantastic spot to visit, especially for travelers.

By chance landing here and eating well. No snuck, colorful audience nice atmosphere

Food was slow coming out and tasty but issue I saw was lady who was cleaning tables and picking things off floor with brush etc also was bringing food out and brought my cutlery all without changing her gloves . Put me off

Extremely poor service. We had asked if the cafe could make two ice coffee's and we were told that they could even after the two girls behind the counter confirm with each that they were able to make them (A waiter and I persume a manger) but instead what we got were two cold Americano's with a jug of milk. I had ask for ice in the hope it might improve the taste, it didn't. When we call the supervisor to come over she just looked at us and ignore us. I went over to her after that and explained the situation and even explained to her how to make an ice coffee. When it came out on the the second attempt it was basically a repeat of the first attempt with added cream. Not only did we had to make it ourselves at the table but the supervisor didn't even bother to correct the mistake herself instead she sent out another in her place even though the complaint was issued with her. What we got was absolutely disgusting and we would had preferred if you had been honest from the beginning and admitted that you didn't know how to make an ice coffee. I've worked as a batista for three years and never felt so annoyed to issue a bad review over coffee but it was the manner in which it was dealt with that annoyed me the most.
