The Gates Restaurant - ADAMSTOWN

I had an amazing lunch at this restaurant. The food and service were fantastic. The bartender did a great job making our cocktails, they were delicious!

We had a fantastic evening at this restaurant. It was very busy but we didn't have to wait long. The food was excellent and the Asahi on tap was delicious.

The food at this restaurant is excellent and the staff is generally friendly, although there was one exception.

Absolutely disgusting, the chicken carving was not really almost raw in the middle, took it back and was asked if I wanted to warm it again! not a worker approached me after the return of the meal to them extremely bad customer service. my man and I will never see again that it is no longer so busy, they would think that they want to hold all the customers they can. I work in the hospitality so that I know the meaning of the customer service! they must remember word and mouth

Very disappointing! Bar staff was very rude. visit the gates hotel not again
