Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Ada

Not a bad place, the smoothies are pretty good, but it always takes forever. They are usually understaffed and have more customers than they can deal with. If you don't mind waiting, it's good.

This place is new and severely under staffed. The employees are trying but know nothing of customer service. Serve the people in front of you! Delivery orders though a 3rd party

We?ve been in twice and both times it was filthy. Various types and colors of hair all over the counter(both animal and human), food crumbs all over the floor, smudges on the doors and divider glass.. really expected a newer location like this one to be cleaner. Worries me about consuming anything that comes from there. Highly unlikely we?ll be back.

While I'm thankful they clean the floor I think the amount of dirty water puddles they were mopping up was a little much ... it was gross .... as for the smoothies they tastef great but I was not pleased with the wait time considering there was no line when we walked in

Over a 30 minute wait for a salad and smoothie with nobody in the store. 1 employee walking around griping about only 3 employees but not working on the order.
