Bidra med feedbackTerrible customer service. visited this Taco bell after the church. the inside was OPEN, but we couldn't sit inside. I asked why we could order and not sit. an employee named Eric left me. I asked about the manager and he seemed up and laughed about the situation. this employee Eric has to learn how to work in a fast food restaurant. if you don't want to at taco bell don?t. don't put it on your customers.
This was my third visit and things remain the same, an issue with order accuracy. I paid for two steak tacos and received regular tacos instead. I should have learned the previous times, but lesson learned now. It seems this Taco Bell is incapable of making sure the orders are correct. I've tried calling the store, but good luck trying to reach it. Never again!
The employees at this location are rude and inept. After ordering through the drive thru with only one other vehicle in line, the employees left part of the order out of the bag. Once learning of the discrepancy, I attempted to call. After 25 calls to the store, the employee on the other end claimed that their customer was rude. Things only escalated at the store. There is no way that I will EVER patronize that location. If you want to be treated poorly with completely substandard food, patronize this location. If you want to support local business, patronize elsewhere. Besides, that was the suggestion I received.
My senior parents come here at least once every 10 days. They like the free ?senior? drinks. They also have nice staff and good lunch deals. Currently, two fish tacos for $4 (see pic) it?s basically a fish fillet with slaw, sauce and a tortilla but so yummy!
Place is super clean, staff polite and attentive. Quick delivery of order. Food fresh. Overall very satisfied.
