Pizza Hut Express - Acworth

Ordered pizza ver internet for pickup about 6pm on a rainy Saturday evening. Arrived at committed time and had to wait another 5 minutes. When I got home, no pizza in box. Rather breadsticks and red sauce awaited me. Called back and the workers hung up on me not once, not twice, but three times!!! So I drove back over and was told they hung up on me because they were busy. The gal working was condescending, would not take responsibility, and tried to blame me. This occurred with three customers in waiting area holding for their orders. They made a replacement pie and shoved it my way! Guess what, that was my last order Pizza Hut and I plan to share the ineptitude and rudeness I experienced with anyone who will listen to me.

Great biscuits,soft and moist but not fall apart in your hands moist. Lots of meat choices from red hots to bologna. If biscuits arent your thing,they do wraps also. Great food at good prices. They could cut back on the ice in the drinks. Got a large 32 ounce with about 8 ounces of drank and the rest all ice. Fortunately i enjoy eating the crushed ice they use

It was freezing in the restaurant and not the most inviting of looks. However, the food was fresh and delicious

They got order wrong. I added sausage and they charged me for it but didn’t put it on my pizza. Lady there was very rude. I don’t recommend using the app but instead call in your order. The sauce with breadsticks was cold. I don’t think this older couple liked working there. Wish Pizza Hut would check out this franchise. It’s not up to your standards. Won’t go to this one again. Will use the one on Glade Rd.
