Bidra med feedbackI've had a couple of decent experiences, but several times they've messed up an order completely. Wrong crust AND wrong toppings! This time they just COMPLETELY DIDN'T DELIVER MY ORDER after I paid for it. It's been 3 hours and my pizza isn't here. No call, no one's answering, my money's gone. I'm hungry.
Sometimes the pizza is not so great, but the price is so affordable and the service is fast. I receive and sad the most time that it is a young person who makes everything alone. Someone has decorated the windows with very cute Halloween decorations.
Asked for crushed red pepper, and here is the response: “Why give out crushed red pepper when you can massively over charge for a tiny bottle it?” One of the employees. Employees are likely massively underpaid too. Not to mention getting 9 wings when the order was for a 10 piece wings, and their size is the equivalent of Chinese takeout at 11pm.
We ordered the other day for a half Supreme, half pepperoni pizza. What we GOT was a pizza made ENTIRELY of Supreme toppings with just pepperoni mixed in on one side. NOT ONLY THAT, but the Supreme had extra toppings that we straight up didn't ask for. This pizza was for four people to share, only ONE OF US was able to enjoy it due to me wanting just the cheese and pepperoni side [I don't eat Supreme], and the other two not liking the extra stuff put on the Supreme. We rarely get the opportunity to order and enjoy pizza, and when we want to relax and eat it during a stressful time for us, you give us this barely edible garbage. I had ordered and ate from here before, I've encountered disgustingly messy cutting that torn the cheese, under cooked cheesy bread, but I've NEVER complained because at the end of the day I still enjoyed eating it. This though, I CAN'T enjoy this, my standards were already low and y'all STILL managed to disappoint me.
If I could give zero stars I would. I asked my wife to pick up 2 pasta bowls from Domino 's on Baker Grove next to Publix last night (3/13/23) to go alone with our dinner. She ordered in person. Picked up in person, but did not open the boxes. When she got home we realized that they had either given us the wrong order or messed up our order. This is the 3rd time we have had an issue with this Domino 's delivering the wrong order, which is why she went in person this time. My wife called the store with both of us on speaker and requested that they fix the order and deliver the order for free. The girl that answered the phone stated that my wife need to speak to a manager. Of course she put us on hold. After being on hold for a while the same girl came back to the phone with no solution. I said never mind my wife would come into the store today (3/14/23). My wife went into the store today with her receipt and both boxes of food untouched. The employees refused to refund her money or replace the order. My wife left the boxes of food on the counter. No food. No refund. THEY EVEN KEPT THE TIP!!! Domino 's just got paid and tipped for nothing. It was probably best that I did not go with her. We order pizza EVERY FRIDAY and pasta bowls during the week from time to time. WE ARE DONE WITH DOMINO 'S! The economy is not bad. Customer service is bad. K.O. Rembert
