Excellent restaurant! Everything is good and fresh! The service is top notch and despite the type of establishment, they never made me feel like my 2-year-old son was not welcome! I would eat there every day if I could!

This place looks like someone at home, but don't leave the fool. A great place for lunch as they are not open for dinner. I'm Gluten Free and Chief Gregory knows everything about Gluten Free options. Where else you can get gluten free crackers instead of bread when you sit down. My wife and I had the pork pliers and I didn't know if I should make a picture of it to frame it or eat it. I decided to eat it and was not disappointed. If you are in the area when the restaurant is open, you will be glad that you are stopped

The menu changes constantly after the season and what is available. You'll never get bored! Absolutely everything we ordered was delicious from the appetizer to the desert. My favorite was Steak and Pommes. Not your typical steak and pommes! It's hard to improve the Pommes in East Canada, but somehow they did. Fries usually do not belong in a restaurant with high-end food, but do these! Steak was perfect. Often in high-end restaurants you will get great food, but small portions. Here you get amazing food with portions that satisfy! The staff was amazing. 5 star service is hard to find in these days, but this little town gem has it up to a science. I am privileged enough to eat in amazing restaurants around the world and this little town is one of my favorites! Use the ride when you visit Quebec! Oh, on a budget?
