A few words for Franco: a real institution Surely it will not be one of the best pizzas eaten in my life, but undoubtedly one of the best in Acqui Terme or even closer to my tastes and far from those crackers stuffed that here allow you to define pizza. I found myself at my friend's house and they decided to order pizzas from one of those pizzerias that deliver at home. After a short time they arrived and I had to re-believe....they were FANTASTICHE.... despite the transport that greatly penalizes the product... I have to say they were really good. Slightly penalizing the fact that they were not of wood oven, but I assure you that the difference was almost imperceptible even for me that they are terribly demanding....... I took, just to test them a daisy with a basil leaf and some slice of raw ham. _ .....
