Exceptional quality food, and an excellent wine cellar. Their knowledge and experience of truffles is superb.
We had an excellent lunch here. We split 3 courses with the help of the staff who are very friendly. A comfortable quiet old building with small hotel. We had pasta with truffles and cheeses and chicken supreme in crust with kale and truffles. Very close to the scenic historic Furlo gorge where you can drive through a tunnel hand carved by the Romans almost 2000 years ago.
I came here for lunch with a couple of friends since we wanted to eat something at the truffle and since I heard a big chat about this restaurant. Moreover the location is really promising from a few steps you can admire the beauties of the furlo throat. food is undoubtedly the best you can find in the country, no other restaurant goes minimally close. It's really high-level. The first truffles are among the good I've ever eaten, the noodles were my favorites. as Pharaoh said, it was a masterpiece. for dessert we took tiramisù and English soup, presented in a very elegant and delicious way. the staff is very friendly and kind and helped us make the best choices based on our goits.
Surronded by natura the restaurant has rooms in rural style with white walls , the furniture is wooden, warm and welcoming. The large fireplace completes the atmosphere.A simple, tasty cuisine which combines perfectly all the products of this fantastic land and especially the excellence of the territory the white truffle. Menu doesn't not include many choices. We started with an appetizer based on crispy egg with tender heart and white truffle, followed by old-fashioned tagliatelline with Acqualagna truffles. The second course guineafowl in bread crust. Good wine list. Helpful and family service. Quite expensive because of the truffle.
