On Wednesday 30th August I called Antica trattoria Reitana because I had read some reviews that made me want to go there, however the presence of the Karaoke (as I had read in other reviews) kept me away from reserving a table. So I decided to call to make sure what I read was true. A kind guy on the phone explained to me that the Karaoke is only present on Saturdays and Sundays or when they have parties/events where it is asked as a service... so I asked if there were events with Karaoke on the evening of August 30th and the answer was that it was not there. .. WELL ! So can I book a table for 2? Yes, he replies. We will be there at 10pm! The street parking offers many places and few are in front of the restaurant, but there are 3 businesses on the same street so it's lucky to find it close by... We sat down at our table and they immediately brought the menu, we ordered shortly after. THE FRENCH FRIES arrived piping hot after 5 minutes and the beers very cold! We took advantage of their active promotion from Monday to Friday which includes 2 pizzas of your choice from the menu (my husband added a supplement) 2 33cl beers (castle la decisa or Messina beer) covered all inclusive € 18.00 per couple € 3.00 1 portion of chips ... total € 21.00 ... the house offered us 1 amaro and 1 barricade grappa. What can I say: 1) the pizzas arrived in a short time despite the restaurant being totally full, 2) the pizzas were good and well seasoned, 3) hot chips and cold beers, 4) cheap and more than honest prices even outside the promotion, 5) pampering of the house offering limoncello, amaro with herbs or barricaded grappa. THEY ARE WELL ORGANIZED, FAST , REALLY GOOD SERVICE! We will definitely be back, and with great pleasure. I highly recommend it!!! Vegetarian options: Yes, there are also gluten free pizzas Kid friendliness: Family atmosphere and baby menu present (I seem to remember reading in other reviews) Parking: Few parking spaces in front of the restaurant but there is the possibility of parking on the street...but there are 3 businesses attached
