Bidra med feedbackWe come here at least once a month and the food is without doubt, among the very best Mexican food to be found in Acapulco. The charming owner Tere watches over her kitchen like a hawk, maintaining quality, flavour and consistency. The stuffed chillies are...outstanding, but then again so is everything else on the menu. This is a laid back place for breakfast or lunch. If you want real Mexican, this is the place.
By visiting Casa de Tere Restaurant you will experience the unique mexican cuisine...though it isn't a fancy place...it is clean and the prices are accesible. The owner is always found there to see that the customers get the best service possible....Do not miss to try...some of these dishes...pozole, caldo verde, mole rojo and their delicious chiles rellenos.
Go to Pozole with the locals. Make sure you order the Botonas. They will have music and more. Make sure you sit by a fan because it can get really warm. Owner could not be nicer or more welcoming
Found this restaurant only drive around to search for places to eat. the next day left and it was a Pozole day the pozole was very good. I tried 4 more times with different meal times. I wasn't disappointed. the waiting staff is...big and allows them to eat time. while the others observe the tables. the owner visits the table to chat briefly and welcome them in. it is an indoor outdoor setting as they sit right next to a pool and beautiful garden, while under a covered roof. they close early at 18 o'clock so early. recommend this restaurant.
We did a lot of research before our trip to acapulco, and we knew that we wanted to find authentic pozole on Thursday (On Thursday! only we asked ourselves in our resort and found a driver who recommended la casa de tere. that was exactly what we did. for not a tourist chain with pre made pozole. here we had the right thing. add some mezcal and we only had the perfect experience. it was great.
