A's Pub And Grub - Aboite

Stopped in last night and food was okay, better in past but there's never any consistency with prices and quality, lots of different cooks is what we were told is the main reason. Not to mention the owner came off racist homophobic and made us very uncomfortable and then after talking to the less then friendly bartender asking about all new faces we understood immediately that people spending money and time there are being deceived. Also if you're looking for an obviously ILLEGAL poker game in the middle of a bar, as we wait on drinks (excise might wanna look into that) they'll treat you like VIP. Needless to say we won't be back!!!

We we're very surprised at the quality of the food for this neighborhood bar. Small place but the bartender/server was very attentive and informative. Burger, fish, wraps, onion rings and tots we're all excellent. Will go back!

Food is surprisingly good and the people here are great. Small place but nice atmosphere.
