Bidra med feedbackGot a Double Cheeseburger Combo through the Drive-Thru. It took a while, but it was good.
Service was a little slow. Due to being busy. Then it did get better as we get closer to the front, they got caught up.
They forgot my sauces, which originally wasn?t a big deal, but when I went inside to ask if I could have some the lady from the window I had dealt with previously very rudely said they were in my box. I checked after I had received my meal in the drivethrough because they?ve forgotten before, and they weren?t so I let her know. Proceeded to accuse me of lying, went to the backto run her mouth to her coworkers about me ?lying? and still gave me the wrong sauces once all was said and done. On top of thatI waited forever for someone to finally wait on me at the counter. I won?t be coming back here for a while, not until somedecent customer service is learned of the team.
Summed up they messed up our order. didnt even give us a bun on the 1st hamburger they messed and the bun for the 2nd well you can see. The guy who was at the window was acting like he was losing his mind just cause we said he got our order wrong.Absolutely awful, waste of money.
Abingdon location has friendly staff and fast service. Great service all around as you never have to stand in line. You order, pay and choose a table. Your order will be delivered within minutes.
