Firehouse Subs Abilene South

It was very good, better than I expected. I had the Smokehouse Beef Cheddar Brisket on wheat, the bread was very fresh just perfected the sandwich.

Great as usual for Firehouse subs. Excellent food. I love it!

I haven't been back to Firehouse in almost 7 months cause of the poor service. I went back tonight to try again and had great service. I want to say thank you to Roman for the excellent service and friendly conversation. Great employee you have there.

Very good meatball sub and customer service is outstanding !

In my travels I have met a lot of sandwich shops as alternatives to play too many burgers or chicken sandwiches. I have to say honestly that I wasn't impressed. While the taste profile of my choice was almost identical to other less expensive sandwich shop, I was taken back how little filling was in the sandwiches. The meat did not even cover the width or length of the sandwich. I guess I have to have two to three little bites that were just bread, some dressing and a few flakes of topping and it wasn't even a small one, I have the medium. It was as if they give you the same meat as a small one in a middle role with more toppings. Very disappointing. I'm going back to the subway for base sandwiches and cheese steak shops, for which has beef sandwich. Actually, even Arby's piles on the meat for less...
