Betty Rose's Little Brisket - Abilene

I eat there at least once a week. I have had almost everything on the menu. It's all good and the staff is great to. Just wish they would put Bud light back on tap. Other than that by far my favorite place. Love the beans with chopped brisket and jalapeno cornbread.

Had the Betty Burger at lunch. It was awesome. Went back for supper and had the all you could eat catfish. It was top notch. Thanks Terry and Chris. Serving staff was excellent.

Wonderful BBQ place in Abilene that still has a small homely feel. Ordered the special pulled pork tacos and pulled pork sandwich. So yummy with a tasty smoky flavor and tender! The BBQ sauce is very good too. The onion rings are the best I have had in a long time, crispy and buttery tender o the inside. And don't forget dessert, banana pudding for the win! I must admit, the food here is great and better than J.A. BBQ, and if you live in town you Know who that is! Look forward to visiting again!

Food was very good. Had a combo with sliced brisket sausage with pintos jalapeño corn. It was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Glad I came.
