Bidra med feedbackBetween Abetone and Val di Luce, now almost empty due to the absence of snow, there is this small, very welcoming restaurant. I immediately felt in a familiar environment and so pampered in all my choices. The dishes are very generous and I must admit that the quality of the products does not take long to make itself felt from the first bite. As you can see from the photos they didn't save on the seasoning... we're talking about almost 300g of porcini mushrooms on a polenta that melted in your mouth, the same thing about the mushroom morsels, a truly excellent second course. The tagliolini with truffle cream that I was able to taste seemed to me to be a very delicate dish with an excellent balance between the mushrooms and the truffle, the combination that surprised me the most was the orange with the sausage and the taleggio cheese, a pleasant flavor that stays in your mouth and you almost regret having to eat anything else. I definitely recommend it and we will be back. Very satisfied.
We had lunch on a holiday with excellent food and impeccable service! Framed by a beautiful snowfall! The view from the restaurant windows is wonderful!
There were 11 of us and they welcomed us very well at a table overlooking a window overlooking the spectacular panorama of Abetone. Very friendly and helpful staff, menu that satisfies everyone with fresh, quality ingredients. Mushrooms are amazing both on toast and with pasta but also those taken as a second course. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommended!! The time between courses was also perfect. Price for what you eat is definitely in line and everything fits.
