March 28 around 5:8 P.M one of the young girl at drive thru she talks really rude. is this the way hungry jacks serve to the customer. as my food was order and paid online i went drive thru to pick up and she rudely tells me to go park your car and come. it was not more than 20 seconds my food was ready the way she showed me a finger please get some action we are not there for free foods we have paid the money.worse of worse service . hope manager will take an action .

Ridiculously long wait time for my online order. Had to wait in waiting bay. Finally got order, wrong size fries and missing drumstick. Ring them twice phone rings out. So had to go in to sort out incorrect order. Not the first time for long wait/incorrect order. Will go elsewhere in future.

Horrible store Always have issues in the rare occasion I go here. Staff hide behind the counter out the back and avoid making eye contact with customers. Wednesday 28/2/24 I went in to get some ice cream for my son and I. Used the self serve (no staff around! It Took payment out of my account but the machine froze. Managed to get a staff member over and was told it will refund you in 24-48 hours because it didn’t get sent to kitchen, you need to re order and pay again. The young girl who served me was rude, unfriendly and with an attitude. I questioned this with the manager and he assured me it would be refunded. No surprise here I am 48 hours later and no refund! It’s $9.50, may seem like a small amount but it’s not the point, people need to do their job properly! Will definitely be in store tomorrow going out of my WAY using up MY TIME to get a refund when I was told it would happen. Will never go back here.
