Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, behind the Bervie Church, this coffee shop offers a welcoming, clean, and friendly atmosphere. Open on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, they have an excellent variety of homemade food for light lunches. We were delighted to find gluten-free soup on the menu. The cafe is very child-friendly, as we observed during our visit. A unique feature is the outside entrance from The Living Rooms Christian Centre that leads to stunning public gardens with a Maritime theme. Overall, this hidden gem is definitely worth a visit.
The staff is welcoming and friendly, the food is delicious. The restaurant is conveniently located near the main street yet tucked away in a quiet and secluded spot.
Whilst revisiting Inverbervie yesterday and having a walk around we came across this lovely little place. We popped in for drinks. My wife opted for a latte, whilst I ordered a hot chocolate. Service was quick, staff/volunteers were friendly, and the place looked clean. They offer quite an assortment of food from the lighter things such as cakes, to the likes of sandwiches and baked potatoes, soup was available, and for hungrier appetites they had a couple of mains on offer too. Prices we thought were quite reasonable. They also offer a takeaway service. A nice little find.
Been coming to the Living Rooms for years. Good, basic homemade meals soup, baked potatoes, sandwices etc) and great homemade cakes and coffee. The staff are all friendly and sociable. The cafe is part of the centre which is Christian. However you would never know this as religion is never mentioned and as an atheist I appreciate this as I wouldn't want a cafe where I was being preached to. A great place for kids too kids menu and play corner) and to relax.
