Subway - Aberdeenshire

Ordered collection online using the app. When I turned up at 13:30 it was not ready. I said hello, collection please and the server pointed at some empty bread rolls as they hadn 't even made a start on the order. I said it was meant to be ready for 13:30 and the server said with total contempt 'well sorry, we 've been busy '. There were two people in the shop and one being served when I arrived. Not busy at all! I said I 'd take a seat and wait. So 12 minute later the server came down, plonked the takeaway bag down beside me and said 'there you go '. Couldn 't believe the attitude. Then to make it worse, took the food home to my family and the order was wrong. Wrong fillings in 2 sandwiches. We are massive sub way fans and have never experienced anything like this in any shops before. Really disappointing.

What a lovely surprise when visiting the peterhead subway last week, food was fresh, staff were helpful and the place was SO CLEAN ...... definitely worth stopping here!

I love subway. I’m don’t live in the Uk anymore an rarely get the chance to eat subway, so when I was home I seen this shop and couldn’t wait to get in. Excellent staff, excellent food, very very clean. I visited 4 times during a 3 day period, every time food and staff were great, polite, helpful, knew menu and ingredients. Definitely one to return too!!

You can never go wrong with Subway! And this place was one of the best. It was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming and gave great service. Would definitely recommend.
