Papa John's Pizza Great Northern Rd

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. After waiting 90 minutes for my pizza, I called to cancel the order. Despite this, the delivery guy showed up 2 hours late and tried to leave the pizza in my front garden when I told him the order was cancelled. The manager never called me back as promised, and I never received a refund or an apology. I reached out to Papa John's HQ and they said it was not their problem. This was truly the worst pizza place I have ever been to. I highly recommend avoiding it.

I waited for over an hour and a half for my order, but it still hasn't been delivered. I asked to speak to the manager, who said they would contact the driver and call me back. However, 15 minutes later, I still haven't received a call. I do not recommend ordering food from this restaurant, as the customer service is poor and the food is likely to arrive cold.

The order took 75 minutes to arrive. When we called the restaurant to check on the status of our order, they were unable to provide an estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, when the food finally arrived, it was cold. Upon contacting the restaurant to express our dissatisfaction, the staff were rude, argumentative, and even hung up on us.

Driver spoke less English than ET the extra terrestrial. I think he was more of an illegal alien than him also. He didn’t know where he was. Never got pizza and never got refund. Store supervisor spoke slightly more English, he must have been here for at least two weeks. He didn’t know his own name though which was concerning. First time ever I have never received an order, also never got refund. Please, please avoid.

Tried to order online but it wouldn't let me, so i drove there. This one was closed due to them not being able to get hold of a set of keys!! so i drove to the nearest one and they agreed to deliver it to me, so i left. i rang them after the delivery time and the ordered had be past to this place and so i called them. they had just got the order so it would be late. turned up late and not the best, so will use dominoes next time. i complained online as we spend £160 and didn't get any good answer's as to what happened just offer of two large pizzas for free.
