Mcdonald's - Aberdeen

I came in here for a quick bite while driving, and I ask for a coffee cup lid so I can drink my drink on the road a little more easily (I hate using straws), and they straight-up tell me they 're not allowed to make my life a tiny bit easier by giving me one Great customer service!

Got the wrong order from just eat, phoned them got told it was the delivery drivers fault when infact I had been given the receipt on the bag with my order just the wrong items, so after trying to call multiple times and getting ignored I decided to drive up, Drove up got there and got our food rewarmed not even recooked. Chips are horrible and shambles on the manager for letting her staff take the brunt of it when she was available to deal with the situation, Especially when it wasn't busy they had 1 person sat in. You'd think they'd at least cook it fresh as a replacement no apologies or anything from the manager. I've worked in hospitality and I tell you that not one of them had a hair net on either

Absolutely shocking. Drinks missing and all food crammed into happy meals. Not even an apology. Blamed the delivery firm so basically they are stealing. Won 't be using them again. So much for the customer is always right. If you can even make the right order leave now and take a good look in the mirror.

Walked in ask if my soggy chips could be changed it was but only to be charged for one off the same group. Them the manager told the kid to put quickly the same chips in the fryer like I would not know the difference between freshly fry from refrying

Awful. Order a takeaway and didnt get my burger wrapped properly qnd had to ask for a cup holder for all my coffees. Normally they come in one. Staff never smile. I know its early and an times hard but no one forced you to work there so at least smile.
