New owners and poor cleaning and washing of the tables. I miss that they take their work seriously. How is it in the kitchen? Have been here for 13 years as a holiday guest. 5 May 2024

Very young and unexperienced staf. Fish filet was partly raw. However they gave me a completely new dish. I think it's not value for the money paid.

Nice place by the harbour. Good service and typical danish dishes several other choices. Outdoor and indoor dining, very nice outside with harbourwiew when weather is right.

Nice waitress and ok atmosphere, but the food was terrible. We order burger, fish and chips and stjerneskudd. We are not picky, but the food was absolutely tasteless, the burger was not cooked and most likely not safe to eat. Not recommended at all. There are plenty of other good places to eat in Hals. Stay away from this place.

This joint needs to clean up it's act. It's been unchanged now for quite a few years, and that's not always good. The interior is worn, as is the menu, it's not very clean and not very appealing. A makeover would do nicely, or as a minimum keep the place clean! The food is so so, not very good but not bad either. Simple tavern style food ranging from hot dogs, burgers to simple meat courses. Not heavy priced. Some charm yes, but a little cleaning and shining up would do. The young (school )girls tending the place could put on a smile and try lifting the service level a bit too.
