Tropical Smoothie Cafe - <a href

Every single time I order from here they get my order wrong. I will ask for no lettuce no tomato on a wrap and they still put it in. Even sometimes it says those instructions on the wrapper and they still get it wrong. They have also given me the complete wrong order multiple times. Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and got home and bit into a wrap with shrimp in it. Thank god I was not allergic. I hate leaving bad reviews and complaining but this location is always a horrendous experience

There were 4 people in there who had already ordered but I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. People after me got their stuff before I did which was annoying and frustrating. I wouldn’t go back here because it was weird and my smoothie was okay. I asked for extra sweet and it wasn’t that. ‍ ️ try it you might like it though.

Love the caprese and the shakes. I have to watch my sugars!

The guy at the register was nice but the girl making my smoothie started and than went to the back- did not return for 6 minutes. The guy at the register is took over. Also, the smoothie was HORRIBLE, it just tasted like water! It was just strawberries and bananas with almonds- how can you go wrong! I do not recommend this place. Im sorry.
