Warm, friendly, and efficient staff. High quality food for a fair price. The brown rice with sesame is the best I've ever had.

Excellent poke bowls. Smoothies and boba drinks consistently high quality.

Will not be ordering from here anymore. Used to be a loyal customer, the customer service here is just awful. You stand in line and wait just to be ignored repeatedly. Not to mention every time we order there are mistakes. Ordered ahead on the app and got there to pick it up — took a full hour. Was given the excuse that the place was very busy and backed up. Then update your app’s wait time. No apologies or anything. I will take my money elsewhere and support a better bubble tea business.

Three stars because my family and I used to love this place plus staffing shortages and all… , but the service here has been subpar lately. My dad’s last two takeout orders have been incorrect, even after being reassured while cashing out that the order was made as ordered. Once isn’t a big deal, but two times in a row? Unfortunate:

The taro bubble tea and poke bowl were good. Very decent and exactly what I expected, did not stand out though. I have had better taro milk tea from a lot of other places.
