Over rated…food was overcooked. Seafood should NOT be stiff!

I hardly ever have a bad review but I promised I would speak up about this place because I raved about it and hadn't been there in a long time. First, we we're not happy that it took a really long time to be acknowledged for service. We sat there waiting and it wasn't even busy. The food used to be amazing. Not sure what the hype is all about the food is awful. My chicken teriyaki was rubber and gross. Wouldn’t order again.

Kotbuki is the greatest Sushi restaurant in the world. The menu is amazing and the food is top notch. The service was great too
