The ambience is excellent! Perfect sized, romantic dining room. All staff were on point, and extra helpful. The food could step up. It was good, but I would say nothing spectacular. $29 sirloin needs to be a little bit bigger, or at least have more flavor. Still a great place to eat.

First time being here and was not disappointed. Waiter was very attentive and all the food was excellent.

I usually love The Grotto and the food and our waitress were superb as usual. My issue tonight was that they actually asked us to leave. The hostess sent our waitress to tell us that they give customers an hour and a half and then they expect them to leave. There was a party waiting at the bar with reservations and we were asked to leave. Let me say that we weren't just sitting around. We were well taken care of for your office Christmas party. Nancy was amazing at organizing the event and our servers were top notch. The food was delicious and everything was perfect. Highly recommend for large group parties!
