Chuān Běn Shí Táng - 川本町

The taste of the ramen is similar to Uno Hana in Matsue, but the size of the chashu is on a different level! In the evening, it feels like an izakaya, and it's also nice that there are many rice dishes available.

After getting off at Iwami-Ginzan Omote Station on the Sanin Line, I had lunch. I had a sesame beef bowl and bean sprout ramen. The beef was so tender it could be cut with chopsticks and delicious. The ramen was a traditional soy sauce ramen with a tasteful broth. The three of us were very satisfied. Thank you for the meal.
