Hǎi Xiān Jiā Fú Shēn

I went to this restaurant in Kumamoto recommended by a friend. I tried the seafood hitsumabushi, and the freshness of the seafood was excellent, but the sauce was the real star! The combination of incredibly fresh seafood and delicious sauce was too good. The raw oysters were also delicious, and I even tried the dancing shrimp. Peeling the shrimp was a bit of a struggle due to their freshness, but the crunchy texture was a unique experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything. However, even though I went early in the morning, there were two order mistakes, which was a bit disappointing.

This restaurant is always crowded. Today, I had the tempura shrimp rice bowl and it was delicious, with a fragrant shrimp scent and firm, juicy shrimp. The tempura onsen egg that came with it was also great - when you break it open, the yolk oozes out and you can finish off with egg and rice. It was a great meal in a private room during a quiet time.

I went to Amakusa for the first time and was taken to Fukunobu by a friend. Since it was a weekday afternoon, we were seated right away. I had the Amakusa sashimi set meal and it was delicious. The sashimi was very fresh and I was very satisfied. We had a seat by the window and enjoyed the nice view, it was a great time! The staff was also very friendly, so I would love to go back and eat there again.

ランチでお邪魔しました。 5号橋のそばで、海を見下ろせる眺望の良いお店です。 福伸御膳は、刺身や天ぷら、お寿司に茶碗蒸しなど海の幸色々楽しめランチにもってこいのメニューでした。 ご飯は、雑穀米など選べて、味噌汁は、料金をプラスするとあさり汁にもできます。 店内も広く個室もあって、綺麗です。 ご馳走様でした。
