Bidra med feedbackI visited Shishamo Sushi because I wanted to eat shishamo. They lightly sprinkled salt on it and when I ate it, it was really delicious. The salt brings out the sweetness of the white flesh, and the aroma lingers in the nose after being savored in the mouth. This flavor cannot be achieved with soy sauce. They showed me a great way to enjoy shishamo. It was 1300 yen for 8 pieces, which is one serving. I also received a little extra, but it doesn't seem to be on the regular menu so I won't disclose it here. Let's just say it was also exquisite.

The tuna was also delicious with a good amount of oil! The squid and octopus were also excellent! The pickled dish in particular was delicious!
