Bidra med feedbackPeople who give this restaurant a bad review are expecting mainland quality in the unique environment of Oshima Island. Please do not come to Oshima again. Instead, approach the restaurant with the mindset of enjoying how to win over the owner. Personally, I was initially scolded upon entering, but by the time I left, the owner was smiling and engaging in enjoyable conversation with me. If you cannot connect with them by the end, it is simply a reflection of your own communication abilities. It's interesting to see how even a flashy young man may leave the restaurant with a polite demeanor. The key is to be as polite as you would be at a Jiro ramen shop. This applies to your children as well. Now, can you conquer this restaurant?
As mentioned in other reviews, the owner of the restaurant has a bit of a quirky personality. Since he runs the restaurant by himself, if you try to talk to him while he's busy or when it's crowded, he may brush you off. I happened to catch him at a good time and he didn't say anything to me, but I saw him say a few things to other customers. The atmosphere was a bit tense, but the katsudon and croquettes were delicious. When it came time to pay, he simply said, "Sorry for the bad vibes." He was friendly and chatted easily with customers he got along with, so I think he's actually a good person at heart.
The owner of the restaurant was kind and it was very fun. He told us a lot about Oshima, which was really helpful. The sashimi was incredibly delicious. I will definitely go back again next time.
上陸して初めに向かったのはこちらのお店。 定食が美味しいと口コミがあったので楽しみにして来ました。 今回注文したのは、べっこう定食1,200円 見た目ほどボリュームは無かったですが、 それでも初めて食べたべっこう寿司は美味しかったです。 朝10時と早い時間だったのですんなり入店できました。 昼時に店の前を通ったのですが、 やはり11:30〜12:30の間がピークのようで結構混んでました。 最後に、マスターの接客に悪評の口コミが見受けられましたが、 全く不快な思いなく気持ち良い接客をしていただきました。 島の高齢化を考えると、 観光客を受け入れるために年中休まず営業して下さっていることにまずは感謝です。
