パン Gōng Fáng　mài の Yīn

I stopped by this restaurant on my way to Minami Ashikita. The moment I entered the store, I was enveloped in the aroma of bread, which really whetted my appetite. All the breads were delicious, especially the freshly baked baguette with a crispy crust and fluffy interior was very tasty! The owner, who has a craftsman-like personality, was also cool and good. I will definitely visit again when I come here next time!

I think this is the best in Minami Aso, Kumamoto. The cheese bread is amazing when it's freshly made, but it's so filling that you can't finish it all in one go. The next day, I cut it into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle some black pepper on it, and toast it in the oven until it's golden brown to enjoy it as a snack.

I was searching for delicious bread in this area and stumbled upon this place. Personally, I prefer this bakery over the large and famous one. It's all a matter of taste, though. Some people have mentioned the customer service in their reviews, but I didn't have any issues with it. If you are sensitive about customer service, you might want to avoid this place. However, if you are willing to overlook that for delicious bread, then it's worth a try.
