Guō Shāo きラーメンの がろ

This is the main store of "Garoh". It was just before 12 o'clock on a weekday, but we managed to find 2 empty seats. After that, customers continued to come in one after another. The interior has the feel of a cafe, but what sets this ramen shop apart is the wide variety of menu options. In addition to the classic chicken ramen, they also offer dishes like ankake, horumon, champon, and regular ramen. I tried the "Niku Horudaburu" which is a horumon ramen with garlic and double the horumon. In addition to the standard toppings of raw egg and fish cake, there were also ingredients like wood ear mushrooms, leeks, and cabbage that I don't typically see. The pungent aroma of garlic really whets the appetite. After finishing the noodles, I added the rice that I had ordered separately into the pot to make a porridge to finish off the meal. The ramen itself is so delicious that it doesn't need any other accompaniments. I heard that this Niku Horu ramen is also served at "Garoh" inside "Agricolette" in Kochi City. I would like to try it there next time.

The restaurant was clean and I liked the variety of ramen available, so I definitely want to go back. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and was seated quickly. It wasn't too crowded, but customers were coming in one after another. There was parking available in front and in the back of the restaurant. ´ε｀

I have tried various types of hot pot ramen, but this one is my favorite. The chicken broth is rich and the noodles are delicious, but it's also great as a porridge. I personally prefer the parent chicken flavor, but I think this restaurant's popularity also comes from the fact that you can customize it in various ways.

昼食は高知県須崎市にある「がろー」に行きました。 見た目の通り喫茶店でラーメンを食べることが出来ます。 この町の名物として有名な「鍋焼きラーメン」を食べることが出来ます。 鍋焼きラーメンとご飯にしました。 ちゃんと土鍋で出てきます。 鶏ガラと醤油ベースのスープで熱々で美味しい。 ちょっと硬めの親鳥肉が入っていてこれまた美味しい。 具はネギ、玉子、ちくわ、親鳥肉、キャベツが入っています。 あとは漬物が付いてきます。 口直しに漬物が良く合います。 ラーメンと一緒にご飯を食べても良いのですが、せっかく土鍋で出て 来るのだからご飯を投入。 スープもまだ熱いし、最後まで美味しく頂きには雑炊にするのが 一番ですね。

いつも行っているお店が長蛇の列すぎて、高知の知人がお勧めしていたのを思い出し伺いました。 めっちゃ美味しいし、鍋焼きラーメンのメニューも色々あるのでまた是非伺いたいです
