Yī èr Sān Shí Táng - 本宮市

I tried the hormone set meal. The garlic flavor is quite strong, but in this era of wearing masks at all times, you may not need to worry too much if you order it. The preparation of the offal is also done carefully, and there is no unpleasant odor. Although I have seen some reviews that are concerning, I did not experience any issues. I was so hungry that I didn't notice the full stomach chicken cutlet bowl, which was a shame.

I finally visited this restaurant that I had been curious about for a while. I ordered the parent and child bowl of silky fowl and it was served in less than 10 minutes. With pickles, miso soup, and the main parent and child bowl, I think the price of 850 yen including tax is reasonable considering the rising cost of ingredients. The miso soup was a bit lukewarm, but it was perfect for someone like me with a sensitive mouth. The pickles seemed to be overnight pickled cabbage. It was soft, easy to eat, and had a subtle yuzu flavor which was nice. The main parent and child bowl had no gamy taste in the meat, and the fluffy scrambled eggs paired nicely with it, making it delicious. The seasoning was on the sweeter side but still refreshing, so I didn't have to worry about getting heartburn.

I had business in Motomiya City, Fukushima Prefecture and visited this restaurant for the first time. I tried the Maji Ramen Gekikara, and as a fan of spicy food, I found it to be just the right level of spiciness (it definitely makes you sweat!). It was delicious and I enjoyed it very much.
