The owner's customer service is excellent. The meat cooked over charcoal is delicious, and you can easily adjust it to your preferred level of doneness because it cooks slowly. The charcoal is soft, so the meat seems to be thinly sliced, which I also like. But above all, the owner's hospitality is the main reason why I want to visit again and again! However, I am a little worried about their health because they seem to be working so hard.
