Tián Shè Wū みかど - 美郷町

I had the Inaka soba set meal. The soup, flavored with chicken broth and salt, was delicious. There was a towel hanging up that was used by Kunie Tanigawa during his journey in the heart. There are about four parking spaces available. According to Google Maps, it stated that they were closed on holidays, but they were actually open for business as usual.

I stopped by when I was sightseeing! This restaurant serves delicious hand-made soba noodles. The interior has a traditional Japanese house atmosphere, making you feel like you've returned to your grandparents' home. The broth and soba noodles are excellent, and the set meal comes with seasonal mountain vegetables, allowing you to enjoy the taste of the region. The owner was also very friendly and engaging.

We stopped by before visiting Kamado Shrine during our sightseeing trip from Chiba Prefecture. When I saw the pictures, I thought it was udon, but I was surprised by the thickness of the soba noodles that I had never seen in the Kanto region. The dashi soup was delicious and light with a rich flavor. The price was also reasonable. This time, we had the Inari set. Thank you for the great meal!
