Sān Lì Shí Táng - 平川市

I visited with my husband for lunch. The tantan noodles with yam were delicious! The yam was mixed into the chashu and tasted fresh.

I finally got to try the much anticipated miso-flavored jinenjo (yam) ramen. As you can see from my expression, I was completely satisfied with this bowl. It's common for rural diners to serve lukewarm soup in the winter, but here the soup was piping hot! The noodles were cooked just right, not overly salty, and filled with plenty of ingredients. The chashu was tender, well-seasoned, and very delicious. While city-style refined miso ramen is undeniably tasty, this rustic miso ramen with a nostalgic and simple flavor is also very satisfying. Whenever I visit Agake no Seki, I will definitely make a stop here. Simply delicious! Personally, this ramen is perfect with no flaws. My best ramen! February 5, 2020 - Miso ramen and onigiri. I tried the popular Spicy Tanmen based on reviews. I ordered it in a large portion and requested it to be cooked firm. I was able to finish the soup as well.

バイクで行き店の前に止めました。 駐車場は店の隣りにもあります。 私は自然薯しょうゆラーメン大盛を食べてみました。 中太麺でコシがあり、スープは魚介系の味もして昔懐かしい味で、美味かったです。 チャーシューの中に自然薯入ってます。 また行きたいとおもいました。うまいから。 次は酸辣湯麺が気になりました。
