This restaurant is a hidden gem where you can order delicious food and dine in a private room, allowing you to enjoy your meal in a peaceful setting. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. If you find yourself in Hiroshima, make sure to stop by. On my last visit, I sampled a variety of dishes including a sashimi set, tempura, Matcha Soba, Conger eel rice set, salmon roe rice, and croquettes. Everything was tasty, but the sashimi stood out for its freshness. The meal was enhanced by the addition of unique items like kawamushi and puffer fish milk. The soup stock was carefully prepared with high-quality ingredients, adding depth of flavor to the dishes. Located on the 2nd floor of the Hiroshima International Hotel, this Japanese restaurant features staff dressed in kimonos, making it a delightful experience for foreign tourists. They offer private rooms, sunken kotatsu-style semi-private rooms, as well as tables where you can keep your shoes on, providing a wide range of dining options. One of the rare dishes available in Hiroshima city, the "Oyster Hot Pot", can be enjoyed here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, creating a comfortable dining experience. With reasonable prices and a space that allows for affordable meals without getting too close to other customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, this place is truly valuable.
