Miàn Chǔ Qiān Dài - 金武町

I recently had a training session in Kin, and during my lunch break, I found a restaurant called "Men-dokoro Chiyo" along Route 329. They offer a wide variety of menu items, including set meals, rice bowls, curry, and more. I decided to order the "Shoyu Ramen" and "Gyoza," which were listed at the top of the menu to avoid being overwhelmed by the choices. The ramen that was served had a rich and creamy soup. When I took a bite of the noodles, a smooth and savory flavor spread throughout my mouth. The slight sweetness might be from the richness of the Agu pork? The fact that you can enjoy this luxurious bowl for only 650 yen is an attraction, but personally, I wouldn't mind paying a bit more for a menu with a bit more punch. The gyoza was also delicious, with the fat oozing out with each bite. I think it would be even better if it had a crispier texture. In Okinawa, where ramen shops are scarce, I want to continue supporting this place.

I ordered salt ramen and half gyoza. The soup was rich with a strong pork aroma, and it was very delicious. The chashu had a clear soy sauce fragrance, as if it had been marinated in soy sauce after being boiled. It may not have been the perfect match for the salt ramen, but it was tasty. The boiled egg and bean sprouts were average. If I had to nitpick, it would be about the presentation, as everything was mostly white and brown. Despite not having high expectations, it was surprisingly delicious.
