I rented a PC booth twice at this restaurant. It seems that the WiFi speed is slow. I also did karaoke by myself, but there is a billiard table right next to it, so there may be customers playing billiards while hearing your voice. So if you want to do karaoke alone, it might be better to go to another restaurant? I didn't have any inconvenience because I have Docomo WiFi with Docomo, but if you plan to use the Joy Cafe's WiFi, it's probably best not to have high expectations. During spring break, there may be a lot of high school and junior high school students, so the drink bar might get a little crowded depending on the timing.

The staff service is excellent, the drinks selection is plentiful, and the individual rooms can still be used for karaoke despite the state of emergency. There is billiards, table tennis, mahjong, and karaoke available. We entered the couple space, but the floor was flat and we didn't get tired at all even with a long stay. In addition to soft drinks, there is also miso soup with seaweed and soft serve ice cream. There are separate smoking and non-smoking booths, making it easy for people who are sensitive to smoke or odors to use the facilities. There are plenty of manga options so you won't get bored. Showers can also be rented for 300 yen for approximately 30 minutes. If you exceed the time limit, you will automatically be switched to a pack plan.

ほぼ100でカラオケルームですが、よく利用しています。ドリンクバーも色んなのが選べてアレンジまで出来る仕様で、今日は何飲もうかな？次は何飲もう？と考えるのが楽しいです。部屋によってはスピーカーからノイズが入る時もあります。カラオケルームに行くにはビリヤードスペースを横切る形になるので、ビリヤードが混んでると出入りが面倒かも知れません。あと新人さんかな？レジで質問した時にあまりにわかっていない店員さんがいたので笑ってしまいました。笑 愛想はいいです。今後も使わせていただきます。

釧路駅から徒歩20～30分、東釧路駅から徒歩15～20分ほどで着くネットカフェです。 ブースもそこそこ広く、ドリンクのバリエーションも程よく、無料のソフトクリームなんかもありバランスの取れた店舗です。 釧路駅に最終の特急列車で到着して朝が早い際には、非常に重宝します。
