Bidra med feedbackA local ramen shop that has been around for a long time. The taste is still as delicious as ever. I personally love the salt ramen, the aroma of the burnt lard is irresistible. I will definitely be visiting again this year.
I have been going to this ramen shop since I was a child. When I was young, I would get excited watching the flames while they cooked the ramen. I don't go there as often nowadays, but I really want to eat that soy sauce chashu again. I like to dip the cold chashu in the hot soup and slurp up the noodles all at once. It may not be the conventional way for ramen enthusiasts, but I want to experience that moment again. The master is a quiet person, but he is quite interesting to talk to.
This is a traditional Sapporo ramen. The noodles are made by Nishiyama Seimen and they were delicious.
